Z-52 "Agnes" Zinfandel Lodi 2005
Dry-farmed and head-pruned, Agnes’ Vineyard on the outskirts of Lodi yields a big, rich, plush wine with concentrated blackberry, raspberry, and plum fruit, complemented with hints of anise and black pepper spice. The vineyard’s 97-year-old namesake, Agnes Schroeder, wouldn’t have it any other way.
